Doctor as Medical Officer

As a Medical Officer at Medi Assist Insurance TPA Pvt Ltd, your role will involve processing claims such as preauthorization and reimbursement claims. Your key responsibilities will include: - Validating and processing claims within the specified turnaround time (TAT). - Utilizing your good communication skills and medical knowledge to effectively process claims. - Having knowledge of Third Party Administrator (TPA) processes will be considered an advantage. - Ensuring there are no financial implications for the organization during claim settlements. To excel in this role, you are required to have the following qualifications and skills: - Clinical knowledge along with TPA and medical knowledge, preferably with an insurance background. - Educational background in BDS, BHMS, or BAMS. Please note that this position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, at the Medi Assist Insurance TPA Pvt Ltd office. The working timings include morning shift, general shift, afternoon shift, and evening shift. This is a full-time position and is suitable for freshers. Working remotely is not an option for this role.
