The Role We’re looking for energetic, smart, and flexible Gen-Z talent to join our core operations team as Client & Design Success Leads . This is not a typical desk job—you will be at the heart of our business, ensuring clients are heard, understood, and connected to the right solutions. What You’ll Do Client Interaction – Talk to clients to understand their interior design, 3D, and Vastu requirements. Sales Conversion – Recommend the right service SKU (product) and close deals by aligning client needs with our offerings. Lead Management – Handle both organic and paid leads; follow up diligently to ensure maximum conversions. Partner Coordination – Onboard and collaborate with interior designers and Vastu professionals across India. Training & Guidance – Train our design and Vastu partners in client interaction and process adherence. System Compliance – Ensure all rules, regulations, and process guidelines are followed. After-Sales Care – Follow up with clients post-conversion to ensure satisfaction and build long-term trust. What We’re Looking For Mandatory: Basic knowledge of interior design and architecture (education or exposure in the field). Smart, confident, and quick-thinking personality. Strong people skills—able to handle clients, professionals, and tricky situations with ease. Result-driven mindset (not just task-oriented). Comfort with AI tools and prompt usage for day-to-day work. Leadership potential and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Resilience, stability, and willingness to adapt to ups and downs of a fast-paced startup . Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow with us.
