They don't return your product even if you have the bill so illiterate they don't even understand anything that if you are out of station you were unable to go there and return how will you return it in 7 days. I even got a defective piece and they denied to even exchange it!! So unhappy with their service

Very bad service!!!! I went to chota bangarda d mart to return the piece and they denied saying that from the dmart you have brought the piece only that centre will be able to return it???? Like seriously now i will have to go 20 km to just change a 500rs piece??? Is this even reasonable???
