Dmart overall is good. However This particular rating is for 2 female lady stuff (cash counter) the way they talk with customer and their rude behaviour not at all acceptable. Team please think before hiring such employees attitude is very important..Thanks

Things are not properly well organised. The quality of the polithin bag to carry rice and pulses are not good it is so thin that a scratch from sharp nails can cut the bag. Also need to check the stock from time to time whether goods are expired or in the expiry stage. These are the few things that I noticed to be managed.

Nice discounts on grocery and home needs
But commuting between floors for different section not easy with trolly as only 2 small lifts and we are unable to find ramp, very few staff to guide for availability of products and sections

Best place to buy grocery items as the price are too low but some of the products are not that less if ypu compare on big basket, amazon fresh, blinkit, etc.. so compare online before buy. In ofline market i think this is the best mart.

Large variety of household goods, groceries, kitchen items and gifts at attractive prices. However the ladies garment section needs organisation. Haphazardly stocked garments, need to be more categorised as per prices and sizes.
