As Operational Excellence (OpX) Specialist , you will be responsible for the delivery of all local OpX initiatives and supporting all functions within our dynamic and fast-growing captive shared service centre (India SSC) headquartered in Mumbai. We support our customers, the associate DLL Group entities, across Europe, APAC and the Americas. You will be instrumental in initiating and accelerating improvements and change within the three defined levers of OpX Transformation: Process Optimization, Operational Management, and establishing a Lean culture. You will support the various teams in the India SSC to ensure optimal customer satisfaction, service quality, and business process efficiency. You will report into the Country Manager India SSC. Key Responsibilities: Execute and lead key activities within OpX Transformation, focusing on supporting and driving daily/weekly huddles within teams that support to India SSC s customers. Guide and support teams in documenting the processes they execute, in Standard Operating Procedures. Analyze processes and systems to identify waste. Using data-driven problem-solving techniques, help teams to optimize their processes by effectively leveraging continuous process improvement initiatives and the available technology landscape. Including by helping teams to plan and execute on such projects. By utilizing relevant OpX tools and Lean techniques. Execute Gemba walk sessions along with Management Team (MT) members covering all support services provided by India SSC. Prepare a standard process and change management template to document learnings from Gemba walk sessions and opportunities to standardize processes. Lead Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) sessions to capture process improvement ideas shared by members of support teams & promote a culture of lean thinking. SOC Certification Support: Assist external consultants and local functions and management with SOC 1 and SOC 2 certification requirements by implementing requested changes to comply with certification standards, along with continuous monitoring. Develop OpX knowledge and skillset including on Lean techniques and Lean thinking within members through training, coaching and hands-on support. Share knowledge with them about DLL Group s Global OpX initiatives. Effectively communicate team progress to the MT and DLL Group s Global OpX leadership. Your profile LSS Green Belt certification and demonstrated capability and mindset of an OpX Specialist Bachelor s Degree in applicable subject and 5+ years of relevant experience Able to facilitate and lead improvement workshops / training sessions Strong attention to detail Solid verbal & written communication skills Comfortable utilising visual management and other presentation, training & coaching techniques. Not essential but preferred: LSS Black Belt certification Master s degree in applicable subject Understanding of systems and processes involved in asset financing.
