You should have good proficiency in Hindi and average skills in English to be considered for this position. The salary range for this role is between Rs 20,000 to Rs 28,000 per month, with additional incentives up to Rs 10,000 based on meeting your targets. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for effectively engaging with potential customers and existing clients in Hindi. You will proactively contact hot leads provided by Divyaarth over the phone, understand customer requirements, suggest suitable products or services, process orders, and ensure timely delivery. Additionally, you will be expected to upsell and cross-sell to increase customer value, build strong relationships to boost loyalty, collaborate with the sales team to meet targets, and should have prior experience in Ayurveda Product Sales. This is a full-time role with a 6-day work week, operating during day shifts with 1 rotational off. Immediate joiners who are comfortable working from the office located in Sector-62, Noida, are preferred.,

Salary - Rs 16000 to Rs 20000 in hand + incentives up to 10k (depends on your targets) Preferred candidate profile We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive who is fluent in Hindi to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in Hindi, coupled with a confident to effectively engage with hot leads and existing customers. Job Role- Communicate fluently in Hindi to engage with potential customers and existing clients. Proactively reach out to hot leads which was provided by Divyaarth Ayurveda on phone calls. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet their requirements. Refill orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers to increase their lifetime value. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
