Divisional Business Manager - Entire Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

Management

• Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned division.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement divisional sales strategies and action plans.
• Identify growth opportunities, potential territories, and business gaps.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead a team of

  Regional Business Development Manager Area Business Development Managers (ABDMs)

  and

  Medical Representatives (MRs)

  .
• Conduct field work, joint field visits, and performance reviews.
• Coach, mentor, and train the team for improved productivity.
• Participate in recruitment and on boarding of field force.

Relationship & Market Management

• Build and maintain relationships with key doctors, KOLs, hospitals, and institutions.
• Manage distributor/stockist network to ensure product availability.
• Execute CMEs, promotional activities, and product launches in the division.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and business insights.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare sales MIS, forecasts, and regional business reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory norms.
• Monitor budget, expenses, ROI, and operational discipline.

Required Candidate Profile

Education

• B.Sc / B.Pharm / Any Graduate (MBA preferred).

Experience

• 10 to 20 years in pharmaceutical sales.
• Minimum 10 years in managerial roles such as

  ABM/RBM/DSM

  .
• Experience in

  [General / Gastro / Ortho / Respiratory]

  division.
