Research trending topics, hashtags, and industry insights. 5. Analytics & Reporting Monitor social media insights, engagement rates, and growth metrics. Suggest new creative strategies to improve reach and conversions. Skills We Value Strong creativity and storytelling ability. Good command of English and local language. Hands-on with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut/Premiere Pro (basic editing). Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and trending formats. Basic digital marketing knowledge (ads, SEO, analytics).
