Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end logistics, transportation and dispatch operations.
Coordinate with transporters, vendors and customers for timely delivery.
Plan and monitor vehicle placement as per dispatch requirements.
Handle freight negotiations and transportation cost optimization.
Ensure proper documentation, including E-Way Bills, invoices, LR and delivery challans.
Track vehicle movement and ensure on-time delivery of materials.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Stores and Accounts departments.
Monitor loading, unloading and material movement activities.
Maintain daily dispatch reports, transporter bills and logistics MIS.
Resolve transportation, delivery and customer-related issues
