Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our Travel & Tourism division. The candidate will be responsible for promoting domestic & international tour packages, handling inquiries, converting leads, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through calls, social media, walk-ins, and marketing activities. Promote domestic and international holiday packages (Bali, Dubai, Europe, India trips, etc.). Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and office visits. Understand client requirements and suggest the right packages. Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals. Follow up with clients, negotiate pricing, and close sales. Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with operations team for bookings (Flights, Hotels, Visa, Transfers). Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company. Update CRM, maintain lead pipelines, and submit daily/weekly sales reports. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in Travel, Tours, Holidays, or Hospitality Sales . Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills. Good knowledge of popular destinations, holiday trends, and visa basics. Ability to create itineraries and understand customer preferences. Proficiency in WhatsApp, Email, Excel, and CRM tools. Highly motivated, result-driven, and customer-focused. Preferred Qualifications Experience in selling Bali, Dubai, Europe, Thailand, Maldives packages is an advantage. Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Galileo) added benefit. Ability to handle international client communication.
