JOB BRIEF: We are seeking a dynamic Director of Talent Acquisition to develop and implement strategies that will attract and secure top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing innovative hiring strategies, leading a high-performing team, and overseeing job requisitions in a player / coach capacity . This role will focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience while aligning recruitment efforts with business objectives and ensuring that vacancies are filled efficiently. RESPONSIBILTIES: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals. Oversee full-cycle recruiting, ensuring efficiency and quality of hires. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and workforce planning. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team. Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and build strong pipelines. Implement and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Analyze hiring metrics to identify trends, measure success and drive improvements. Key Requirements: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to forge relationships within multiple levels of an organization from C-Suite to line worker Strong interpersonal abilities with a focus on relationship-building. Extensive experience in both contractual and permanent hiring processes. Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment and employer branding initiatives. Proficient in utilizing various sourcing techniques and tools, such as social media platforms. Hands-on expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases. Skilled in designing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent. Excellent leadership capabilities in managing and motivating teams. Adept at cultivating long-term relationships with internal teams, external partners, and candidates. Education : MBA or PG in Human Resources. Experience : Over 10 years in the ITES industry. Extensive experience managing the Talent Acquisition (TA) function. Proficient in hiring for mid-level to senior roles, including C-Suite positions. Proven track record of recruiting for both US and India-based positions. Technical Skills : Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Candidate Management Systems and HR software. Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills. Leadership : Demonstrated team leadership abilities. Shift Timing : 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
