You will lead multiple engineering teams, drive quality engineering practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class storage platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and own the Enterprise Readiness Quality strategy and roadmap for FlashArray and FlashBlade products - Lead, coach, and manage multiple engineering teams to instill quality engineering practices and enable a transition to Test-Driven Development (TDD) - Drive the "Automation First" Strategy for Quality Engineering to accelerate innovation and expand test coverage - Collaborate with various departments to identify new use cases and establish clear Quality Metrics - Act as a technical mentor to solve critical scaling challenges and continuously improve processes **Qualifications Required:** - Expertise in scaling and leading multi-level engineering organizations with a focus on Quality Engineering - Deep technical mastery in enterprise product ecosystems, particularly in File Systems, Storage, or related system software domains - Proven ability to implement advanced test strategies, automation frameworks, and developer tooling - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Passion for continuous improvement and challenging existing processes **Additional Details:** Pure Storage fosters a culture of innovation, growth, and teamwork.
