As a talented Director of Photography (D.O.P) at Mento Concepts, you will be entrusted with the crucial task of capturing top-notch visual content, overseeing equipment management, and infusing strong artistic vision into every shooting project. Your creative contributions will be instrumental in shaping the visual narrative for a variety of events, interviews, and promotional videos. Your responsibilities in this role will include operating and supervising professional video equipment during shoots, meticulously planning and executing effective lighting setups and camera angles, collaborating closely with creative teams to achieve visual objectives, shooting and directing various types of content such as events, interviews, and promotional materials, and ensuring that all footage produced is of exceptional quality and aligns seamlessly with the project brief. To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the field of videography or cinematography. A strong grasp of framing techniques, lighting principles, and camera movement is essential. It is expected that you have prior experience working with DSLR/DSLM cameras, gimbals, and other related equipment. The ability to work autonomously, deliver results within specified timelines, and exhibit a high level of professionalism are key attributes we are seeking in potential candidates.
