What You Bring Bachelors degree or an equivalent experience is must Possess 15+ years of software engineering and innovation experience managing multiple releases concurrently. Demonstrate at least 8 years of experience as a people manager, with a successful track record in leadership and team scaling. Previous experience in creating, nurturing and managing engineering teams. Experience in establishing an Innovation LABS for a product development environment. Experience working for a product development team in a Software as a Service (SaaS) company. Proficient in hands-on design, design review, mentoring engineers, re-engineering/refactoring modules, and architecting Tech Proof of Concepts (POCs). Capable of effectively collaborating with individuals at all organizational levels. Mastery of Agile methodologies, from Jira to deployed software. Experience with SaaS platforms, with a focus on building and operating mindsets. Proficient in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices. Skilled in building organizational relationships and fostering open communication. Excellent at cross-functional collaboration and adaptable to changing business needs. Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate sound judgment. Capable of multitasking and performing well under pressure. Possess qualities of being smart, analytical, creative, efficient, driven, and tenacious. Strong written and oral communication skills. Experience in leading globally distributed teams. Ability to effectively communicate deep technical concerns to a non-technical audience. Capable of articulating the connections between technical capability and business needs.
