What You'll Own

• Lead the overall ecommerce marketing strategy for our Shopify brands.
• Drive website growth, conversion optimization, merchandising, and customer experience.
• Manage and collaborate with SEO, Performance Marketing, Creative, and Development agencies to ensure timely execution and measurable business outcomes.
• Own product launches, promotions, website merchandising, and ecommerce operations.
• Build dashboards and performance reviews covering revenue, conversion, traffic, AOV, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Design, Inventory, Operations, and Leadership to achieve business goals.

What We're Looking For

• 812+ years of experience in D2C  (5-8)
• Strong expertise in Shopify Plus, GA4, CRO, SEO, merchandising, and ecommerce analytics.
• Proven experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle, or D2C brands is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
