Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Executive - GT Sales (Ghee/Paneer/Butter/Namkeen/Bakery) based in Raipur. The selected candidate will manage regional sales activities, drive revenue growth, build and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers, identify and capitalize on market opportunities, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Additionally, the role involves monitoring competitor activities, ensuring product placement, and executing promotional activities. Qualifications Proven experience in GT (General Trade) sales, preferably in FMCG sectors, with exposure to categories such as Ghee, Paneer, Butter, Namkeen, or Bakery products. Strong marketing and business development skills, including strategic planning and market analysis. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work under pressure, meet sales targets, and effectively manage a sales team. Proficiency in using sales management tools and applications. Preference for candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Local market knowledge of Raipur and surrounding areas is highly desirable.
