This role involves both office and site responsibilities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget and time constraints. Key Responsibilities:Plan, design, and supervise civil construction projects. Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies. Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and plans. Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards. Manage resources, materials, and labor at the site. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders. Ensure quality control and resolve technical issues as they arise. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and timelines.
