About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute strategies to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the corporate sector 2. Meet with potential corporate clients to present and promote the organization's services 3. Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs, emphasizing the advantages of hiring retired Indian Army personnel 4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular follow-ups and engagement 5. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue 6. Collaborate with internal teams, including the CCE, to ensure a seamless client acquisition process 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors 8. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback 9.
