Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Metro Train Operator. The Metro Train Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of metro trains, ensuring compliance with all operational procedures and safety regulations. Daily tasks will include conducting pre-departure checks, monitoring train systems and responses, providing excellent customer service to passengers, and responding to emergencies and disruptions as needed. The role also involves coordinating with team members and supervisors to maintain smooth operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Rail Transport operations and procedures Completion of Training programs related to metro train operations Strong Customer Service skills to assist and communicate with passengers Effective Teamwork abilities to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Previous experience in railway or metro operations is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in rail transport are advantageous
