Job Title: Project Site Accountant & Compliance Executive Location:JAMNAGAR, GUJARAT Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Employment Type: Full-time Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in Reliance projects Position Overview: We are looking for a Project Site Accountant & Compliance Executive to manage all financial, accounting, and statutory compliance activities at the project site. The ideal candidate should have experience handling Reliance project documentation, billing, vendor coordination, and compliance reporting. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can maintain accuracy in financial records while ensuring timely adherence to all company and client (Reliance) compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Finance: Maintain accurate records of all site-related financial transactions. Prepare and process vendor and subcontractor bills, purchase orders, and GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes). Manage petty cash, daily expense reports, and site cash flow. Coordinate with the head office for invoice submission, payments, and reconciliation. Assist in project cost tracking and budget monitoring. Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports and project financial summaries. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with Reliance project standards and reporting formats. Maintain all statutory and regulatory documents related to labour, safety, and site operations. Support audits and inspections by providing accurate records and documentation. Coordinate with HR and Admin for labour compliance (PF, ESI, attendance, wage registers, etc.). Ensure all vendor and subcontractor compliance documents are up to date. Coordination & Reporting: Liaise with project managers, procurement, and head office accounts teams. Submit weekly/monthly compliance and financial reports to management. Handle correspondence and documentation required by the client (Reliance). Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in project accounting and compliance. Experience in Reliance projects or similar industrial projects preferred. Strong understanding of TDS, GST, and other statutory requirements. Proficiency in MS Excel, , and accounting/reporting software. Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
