Meta Ads Executive We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for a Meta Ads Executive who can generate real leads and results , not just impressions. This is an execution role . If you can’t handle responsibility, pressure, and performance tracking, don’t apply. Key Responsibilities Create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns Run Lead Generation, Engagement, and Sales campaigns Audience targeting (interest, custom, lookalike) Creative testing (hooks, formats, angles) Daily monitoring of ads, budgets, and performance Coordinate with designer/content team for creatives Track basic metrics: CPL, CTR, Leads, Cost Mandatory Skills Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (no boost posts) Clear understanding of campaign structure Lead form setup & WhatsApp lead flow Ability to troubleshoot non-performing ads Willingness to learn and take feedback Good to Have (Not Mandatory) Experience with local/service-based businesses Basic reporting using Google Sheets or Excel Understanding of Tamil Nadu audience behaviour Salary: 10k/Month (For the initial months)
