As we scale, we are looking for a results-driven Business Operations Manager to streamline our operations and ensure excellence across service delivery. Position Summary: The Business Operations Manager will oversee and optimize the daily operations of our staffing business. This role is responsible for implementing efficient systems, supporting cross-functional teams, improving client and candidate experiences, and ensuring operational goals align with strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end operations including recruitment workflows, onboarding, compliance, payroll coordination, and client servicing. Develop, implement, and refine operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality. Collaborate with sales, recruitment, and HR teams to ensure seamless candidate placements and client satisfaction. Manage vendor relationships, technology tools (ATS/CRM), and internal systems. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for leadership on business performance and operational effectiveness. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., employment laws, data privacy). Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and scalability. Lead, train, and mentor support staff and junior operations team members. Serve as a point of escalation for operational issues and help resolve them promptly. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, or related field. 5+ years of experience in business operations, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry. Strong understanding of staffing business models, employment compliance, and workforce management. Proficiency with ATS, MS Office Suite and GSuite. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Leadership qualities with a collaborative and proactive approach.
