We are seeking an experienced AR Manager to lead international accounts receivable operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global accounting practices, proven team management skills, and hands-on expertise in SAP. Key Responsibilities: Oversee international AR processes including invoicing and reconciliations Lead and mentor a team of AR professionals across regions Ensure compliance with global accounting standards and company policies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing and payment issues Utilize SAP for reporting, analysis, and process optimization Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 7+ years of AR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of international accounting standards Hands-on experience with SAP (mandatory) Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
