Group of hackers or support hackers? I traced the hackers IP address back to this company. I tried calling them but getting through seems impossible. Should i go in with a sludge hammer and fix the problem myself?

They enable my droplet, I don't have access to my server, support doesn't answering, my website is down, I'm loosing my clients. Stay away from them!!!

Customer for 2 years. Once I had an issue and the support was bad. Not serious platform for production- it is only a toy to play with fancy UI.

By blocking all of Digial Ocean's IPs I cut down hacking my servers by 80% because I was able to reduce the surface area for attacks.
