This company is lazy, complacent and unreliable. They also support economic terrorists and extortionists by the way of allowing them access to computing and software systems to conduct a myriad of phone and internet related scams, including but not limited to tech support scams.

worst hosting every tried. Keeps null routing on d-dos attacks, making it impossible to make changes to put up barriers against the attacks, neither do they want to backup files or database. keeping on stuck forever in a loop of null-routing which never ends.

They have taken money out of my checking account but I don’t know who they are. I have tried to contact them either by phone or their website to no avail. I feel they are a scam operation.

Worst customer support i have ever dealt with and also scammers. trying to charge me over 500 dollars in overcharge fees for my droplet and i only have it for around 1 week and used it for maybe a total of 2 hours.

No way to contact. No response to Email. Phone numbers are for Google Messaging. I do not believe they are legit or if they are they truly suck. Might be scammers.

They erased all my data! Need i say more? 3 days later when I finally talked to support they told me my data could not be recovered. I spent a lot of time uploading that data. Ugh. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Trying to get in touch with support without an account is impossible. We had closed our account and are still getting billed. No number to call or email that works.

Digital Ocean is a known supporter of spam. Notorious criminal operations use companies like Digital Ocean to send spam, provide link redirection, and host scam product sites that feed credit card info to Eastern European criminal cartels. They do not police their servers, and turn a blind eye to these criminal operations. Beware.
