Over $1000 worth of fraudulent charges issued to my credit card. I do not and have never had have an account with them! There seems to be no way to reach anyone unless I make an account. Messages left have proven fruitless. If this is in any way a reflection of how the business is run, avoid them!

Terrible support. They issued a vps with a blacklisted IP. They don't even manage their IP reputation, something that even basic webhosting companies in my country know they have to do. Not recommended for businesses that need real server hosting. Never again.
