He/ She will be responsible for managing, implementing, and setting up all the digital marketing activities. The role will be working remotely to support our office in Dubai, UAE. Job brief Main activities include: Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media marketing. Create high-quality, highly engaging and creative written and visual contents for our website and social media campaigns on Email, LinkedIn, Facebook and Google etc. Drive & grow the brand through all communication channels, including Email, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn etc. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) on a weekly and monthly basis. Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content across all platforms, including email, web, blog and social media. Develop optimization strategies that increase the company’s website search engine results rankings. Create and update weekly and monthly reports – including leads generated from digital marketing activities, paid and organic, conversion rates, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, etc. Manage social media accounts Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
