Position Sr. Agile PLM developer Location: Remote Role : Contract/Freelance Shift: 2.30 to 11.20PM IST We are currently seeking a degreed, experienced, and professional Agile PLM Developer with significant experience developing/enhancing PX extensions. We are looking for those with the following: o Have total of 8-9 yrs of IT experience. Your expertise in either SAP FICO or SAP MM, along with a solid understanding of integration points across SAP modules and business processes, will be crucial in delivering high-impact solutions tailored to various industries. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and architecture of SAP FICO or SAP MM solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices. - Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements. - Provide expert guidance on SAP functionalities, configurations, and processes within FICO or MM modules. - Lead SAP implementations, upgrades, or enhancements including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical teams, developers, and business stakeholders. - Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO/MM with other modules such as SD, PP, WM, and external systems. - Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements. - Prepare high-quality documentation including solution designs, process flows, and configuration guides. - Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfers. - Stay updated with the latest SAP innovations (e.g., S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP) and advise on roadmap strategies. Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of experience in SAP FICO or SAP MM with at least 3 full-cycle implementations. - Strong hands-on experience in configuration and support of SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, PCA, COPA) or SAP MM (Purchasing, Inventory Management, MRP, Vendor Management). - Proven track record as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant in global SAP rollouts or transformation programs. - Expertise in integrating SAP FICO/MM with other modules such as SD, PP, WM, and external systems. - Solid understanding of business processes in Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing. - Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications is a strong advantage. - Experience with SAP Activate Methodology and Solution Manager (SolMan) is preferred. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to manage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams effectively.,
