As a
Digital Technology Professional – Software Engineering
, you will also be responsible for:

Work with architects and other software engineers to implement requests from business stakeholders.

Communicate ideas and designs clearly to technical stakeholders.
-
Explain the thinking behind design choices and approach technical criticism and suggestions with humility.

To be successful in this role you will:
-
Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of one year’s experience in software engineering.
-
Experience with full-stack development: front end, back end, database.
-
Ability to solve problems.
-
Experience with software engineering with a recognized modern language (e.g. Python).
Desired Characteristics
Technical Expertise:
-
Experience developing with relational databases (e.g. Postgres, MS SQL, MySql, etc.) is a plus.
-
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
-
Understanding of code review/GitHub/version control is a plus.
