Position Summary: Assistiya is seeking a detail‑oriented Digital Solutions Developer with strong data, automation, and development skills. The ideal candidate enjoys working with analytics, building dashboards, automating workflows, and developing digital solutions such as websites and apps. This role blends Power BI, Power Automate, AI agent development, and web/app development to support Assistiya’s growing digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI for internal and client reporting.
• Clean, organize, and manage datasets from Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other sources.
• Create automated workflows using Power Automate for reminders, notifications, and document tracking.
• Maintain structured data repositories and ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports for clients and management.
• Develop and maintain the Assistiya website and company app (front‑end + basic back‑end).
• Build and refine AI agents to support automation and client workflows.
• Support digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with Executive Assistants to convert manual processes into automated digital flows.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance in all operations.

Requirements:

• BE / BTech in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related fields (Alternatively: BCA, BSc IT, MCA also acceptable)
• Strong expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Proven ability to develop:
• Power BI dashboards (DAX, data modelling, visualization)
• Power Automate flows (triggers, approvals, automation logic)
• Experience in AI agent development (Copilot, automation bots, workflow agents).
• Experience in website/app development is preferred (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Flutter, or similar).
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, cleaning, pivot tables).
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi).
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
