Digital Services Finance Controller- BPS

As the Digital Services Finance Controller within the IT - Business Process Solutions & Cash division at Alstom, you will play a critical role in managing financial aspects for the Business Process Solutions team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a budget of approximately 60 million and 300 applications, ensuring the finance perspective is integrated into the Business Solution team, and analyzing actuals to identify gaps. You will be responsible for managing the budget and forecast using the Satin tool, ensuring compliance with internal audit and finance rules, posting accruals and prepaid journal entries, and participating in the License steering committee to challenge license costs and utilization within the Alstom group. In addition, you will be tasked with following and providing visibility on an external cash-out rolling forecast per suppliers amounting to approximately 350 million, consolidating monthly Cash Out positions for Digital transformation, and collaborating with the Digital Transformation Finance Director on monthly and year-end forecasts. Your role will also involve participating in and leading various analyses and cross-functional processes within Digital Services, acting as a backup for DS reporting, implementing and maintaining the Digital Services Financial Management tool, and handling ad-hoc assignments related to continuous improvement in Digital financial processes. To qualify for this position, you should hold a CA or MBA qualification with 10-15 years of post-qualification experience. You should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance within a large multinational company, familiarity with SAP ERP - FICO end user knowledge, exposure to cash management, and experience in business controlling and IT controlling. The ideal candidate will be business-oriented, proactive, pragmatic, and open-minded, with the ability to drive business results autonomously. You should be comfortable working in a matrix and international organization, and possess advanced Excel skills with expertise in data modeling and finance modeling.
