The role

Own cross-functional delivery across digital and creative work, aligning plans and accountability with client objectives while functional leads retain ownership of quality.

Responsibilities

• Convert approved scopes into delivery plans with owners, milestones and dependencies.

• Coordinate capacity and priorities across teams, identifying conflicts and delivery risks early.

• Maintain practical SOPs and a consistent ClickUp workflow for tracking work and decisions.

• Review delivery performance, resolve process gaps and coordinate changes with client servicing and functional leads.

What we look for

• Evidence of independently managing several digital or creative workstreams and resolving dependencies.

• Strong planning, capacity management and clear written status reporting.

• Ability to implement a workable project management system without taking over functional quality decisions.

Digital project management, agency operations, ClickUp, resource planning, delivery management.
