Digital & Performance Marketing Manager

Role Purpose:

A hands-on,execution-focused role to run Newage's digital demand generation across globalmarkets. You will combine paid performance marketing, social media, communitydistribution, content writing and creative development, taking campaigns end toend, from messaging and creative through paid promotion and lead generation tooptimisation and reporting, with minimal reliance on external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Marketing & PaidAdvertising

• Plan, launch and optimise paidcampaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Meta, YouTube, Microsoft Ads,retargeting/display and relevant industry platforms

• Build audiences (freight forwarders,consolidators, NVOCCs, 3PLs, logistics companies) and run campaigns acrossIndia, the Middle East, APAC, Europe and the Americas, including LATAM

• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting andpacing; monitor CTR, CPC, CPL, MQL, SQL and conversion, and act quickly onunderperformance

• Run A/B tests across audiences,messaging, creative, landing pages and CTAs

• Create complete ads independently:concept, headline, copy, CTA, lead-gen form copy and static/carousel creative

• Deliver paid campaigns for productlaunches, webinars and demand-generation initiatives

2. Social Media & CommunityDistribution

• Own Newage's day-to-day socialpresence: content calendar, platform-specific posts, scheduling and publishing

• Turn blogs, product updates, webinars,customer stories and thought leadership into social content

• Actively take Newage content intofreight forwarding, logistics and supply-chain communities and groups, and joinrelevant industry conversations

• Build relationships with industrycommunities and influencers; track which communities, topics and formats drivemeaningful engagement

• Monitor reach, engagement and followergrowth, and optimise content accordingly

3. Content Writing & Creative

• Write LinkedIn posts, ad copy,headlines, webinar and campaign promotional copy, and short productdescriptions

• Simplify technology and logisticsconcepts into clear business language, adapting messaging by audience, marketand funnel stage

• Design social and LinkedIn creatives,carousels, display ads, webinar creatives, infographics, email banners andsimple videos/reels using Canva, Figma, Adobe Express or similar

• Apply sound design principles (visualhierarchy, typography, CTA placement, ad formats) within Newage's brandguidelines

• Support the Product Marketing Managerwith content adaptation and distribution

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance across paid andorganic channels, from reach and engagement to CPL, MQL, SQL and pipelinecontribution

• Maintain dashboards in GA4, LookerStudio or similar, and ensure correct UTM tagging and campaign tracking

• Produce regular reports that explainwhat the numbers mean and recommend next actions, including budget reallocation

5. AI, Coordination & Execution

• Use AI tools actively for copy,creative concepts, content repurposing, audience and competitor research,analysis, reporting and localisation, with human review for accuracy and brandconsistency

• Convert campaign objectives from theCMO and Product Marketing into digital execution plans, and own day-to-daydelivery to agreed timelines

• Maintain campaign calendars, trackersand reports; coordinate with agencies and creative resources where required

• Work independently, proactivelyidentifying gaps and opportunities without needing detailed instructions

Success Metrics:

• Qualified leads (MQL/SQL) and pipelinecontribution from digital channels

• Reduced CPL and cost per SQL againstagreed targets

• Growth in reach and engagement amongfreight-forwarding audiences, including community channels

• Campaigns and content delivered ontime and to brand standards

• Clear, actionable performancereporting

Experience & Skills:

Essential

• 5 to 8 years in digital or performancemarketing, including hands-on paid campaign management in a B2B SaaS ortechnology company

• Proven expertise in LinkedIn CampaignManager and Google Ads; working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager

• Experience managing a company's socialmedia presence and content calendar

• Strong B2B content-writing skills andexcellent written English

• Good visual design skills in Canva,Figma, Adobe Express or similar (portfolio required)

• Working knowledge of GA4, LookerStudio and UTM tracking

• Experience with Salesforce andMarketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), and with account-based targeting

• A practical AI-assisted marketingworkflow, to be demonstrated at interview

• Self-driven, with the ability to ownexecution with minimal supervision

Preferred

• Experience in logistics, freightforwarding or supply chain

• Webflow and basic video-editing skills

• Experience running multilingualcampaigns (e.g. Spanish, Arabic)
