Digital Performance Marketing Executive - D2C

We are seeking an energetic, analytical, and hands-on Digital Performance Marketing Executive – D2C based in New Delhi. This is an end-to-end execution role combining paid social media buying (Meta Ads) with creative content production (short-form videos, carousels, and statics).

Key Responsibilities:

• Meta Campaigns: Plan, execute, and scale paid acquisition, retargeting, and retention campaigns on Meta Ads Manager.
• Content & Video Editing: Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short-form ad creatives (UGC/Reels style) and static banners using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Canva.
• Influencer Marketing: Source and coordinate with creators/influencers to generate authentic product content and whitelist assets for paid ads.
• Optimization & Tracking: Track CAC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion metrics daily; conduct A/B creative testing to fight ad fatigue.
• Funnel Growth: Work with sales and marketing teams to improve website conversion rates and drive double-digit ROAS.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on performance marketing experience for a D2C brand or growth agency.
• Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Custom Audiences, and CAPI.
• Creative Tools: Practical skills in video editing (CapCut / Premiere Pro / InShot) and graphic design (Canva / Photoshop).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Mindset: Strong ownership, comfortable with numbers, and focused on ROI.
