Preliminary & Detailed Estimating : Assist in reviewing design specifications and drawings to produce both preliminary and detailed cost estimates for residential builds. Pricing & Cost Planning : Maintain and update pricing schedules, cost plans, and BOQs to reflect current market rates and project changes.
