Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable and engaging Digital Marketing Trainer to deliver interactive virtual training sessions covering digital marketing fundamentals, AI-powered social media marketing and practical applications using the KwikSocio platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex digital marketing concepts for beginners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Fundamentals

• Introduction to Digital Marketing and its business applications.
• Social Media Marketing – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and basic Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
• Meta Ads – Facebook and Instagram advertising fundamentals.
• Google Ads and Google Business Profile fundamentals.
• Content Marketing, Lead Generation and Campaign Planning.
• Marketing Analytics and Performance Measurement.

2. KwikSocio Platform – Practical Training

• Conduct live demonstrations of the KwikSocio AI platform.
• AI-powered content creation and social media post generation.
• Social media account integration and multi-platform publishing.
• Content scheduling and marketing automation.
• Unified Inbox, AI Auto-Replies and Customer Engagement.
• Lead Capture, Lead Management and Customer Follow-ups.
• Campaign Monitoring, Analytics and Reporting.
• Practical business promotion exercises using KwikSocio.

3. Virtual Training & Student Engagement

• Conduct live online training sessions for beginners and professionals.
• Deliver structured 15-day and 30-day training programs.
• Provide practical assignments, live demonstrations and case studies.
• Guide students through hands-on projects using KwikSocio.
• Conduct assessments and monitor learner progress.
• Resolve student queries and provide mentoring support.

4. Career & Business Opportunity Guidance

• Introduce students to digital marketing job opportunities.
• Guide learners on starting freelancing services.
• Explain affiliate marketing and client acquisition opportunities.
• Help learners understand how to offer digital marketing services to businesses.

Required Qualifications

• Any Graduate; certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
• Minimum 1–3 years of practical digital marketing experience preferred.
• Prior teaching or online training experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, social media marketing, AI tools and lead generation.
• Willingness to learn and deliver practical training using the KwikSocio platform.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct engaging live online sessions.

Language Preference: English and Telugu. Knowledge of Hindi, Tamil or Kannada is an added advantage.
