DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST | FOREX & FINANCIAL MARKETS (FX-DM-05)
Job Title: Digital/Performance Marketing Specialist / Manager – Forex Industry

We are seeking a results-driven performance marketer to plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns for a forex and trading education business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage campaigns across approved digital advertising channels.
• Generate qualified leads for trading masterclasses, webinars, educational programmes, and other offerings.
• Build and optimise landing pages, lead-generation funnels, retargeting campaigns, and conversion journeys.
• Monitor CPL, CPA, conversion rates, ROAS, and other relevant KPIs.
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing, creative testing, and campaign optimisation.
• Coordinate with content, design, sales, and analytics teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
• Prepare campaign reports and recommend budget allocation based on performance.
• Ensure promotions and targeting comply with applicable regulations and platform policies.

Requirements:

• Experience in performance marketing, preferably in forex, CFDs, fintech, financial education, or financial services.
• Knowledge of campaign tracking, pixels, conversion APIs, analytics, and attribution. Experience with lead-generation funnels and CRM integration.
• Strong analytical skills and evidence of improving campaign performance.
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other approved channels is an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
