Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive (with Graphic Design)

Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and creative Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive who can seamlessly manage our social media presence, design eye-catching graphic content, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google (GBP/GAds), and WhatsApp Business.
• Graphic Design & Creatives: Design high-quality visual assets—including social media posts, banners, carousels, stories, ad creatives, and promotional flyers—using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Paid Campaigns & Lead Generation: Set up and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (FB/Instagram Ads), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive traffic and leads.
• WhatsApp Marketing: Manage promotional broadcasts, customer engagement campaigns, and lead follow-ups via WhatsApp Business.
• Content Strategy & Copywriting: Write engaging captions, ad copy, and broadcast messages tailored to each platform’s audience.
• Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor page growth, ad performance, ROI, and engagement metrics, providing regular performance updates.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, and Graphic Design.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar graphic editing software.
• Platform Expertise: Strong practical working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Business Profile / Google Ads, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Marketing tools.
• Creative Eye: Strong sense of visual design, color theory, typography, and content aesthetics.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication/copywriting skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Mass Communication, or a related field (Certifications in Digital Marketing are a plus).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
