Functional Job title : Digital Marketing Manager Job title at job portals : Digital Marketing Manager Employment Type : Full time Duties and Responsibilities End-to-End Project Management: Lead digital marketing projects from brief to execution covering media planning, campaign launches, content strategy, product updates, and post- campaign reviews. Cross-Team Coordination: Bridge internal teams (creative, content, tech, media) and external partners to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables. Campaign Oversight: Monitor paid media campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Display, etc.), ensuring they meet strategy, KPIs, and budget. Provide input on targeting, creatives, and optimization.. Performance Monitoring: Review agency/analytics reports, validate data, analyze key metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPC, etc.), and share insights for improvement. Issue Resolution: Spot execution gaps (e.g., creative delays, missed deadlines) early and resolve them through swift coordination.. Timeline Ownership: Set and enforce timelines for launches and deliverables, ensuring stakeholder accountability and quality delivery.

Process Optimization: Create and maintain workflows, checklists, dashboards, and reporting templates for smoother execution and tracking. Strategic Execution: Partner with leadership and strategy teams to bring tactical clarity and precision to digital initiatives. KRAs Project ownership : drive digital initiatives from brief to execution across media , content and product . Stake holder management : cordinate between internal teams (digital , content , tech / product ) and ecternal partners *media agencies , free lancers , consultants ) Campaign oversight : review paid media campaigns (meta , google etc ) to ensure alignment with approved plans and kpi's Reporting and q&a : cross check the agencies reports , analyze performance metrics , and high light insights and red flags Gap identification : spots gaps in execution , creative , timelines or data - and proactively close them Timelines and accountability : see clear time lines , follow up with teams , and ensure deadlines are met Process building : create check list , workflows or dash boards to bring structure into execution . Strategic partner : create checklists , workflows , or dash boards to bring structure into execution Accountablity : Maintain high ROI across platformsoptimize for KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, CAC, and engagement rate.
