Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager (Marketing Manager) Location: Calicut Job Type: Full-Time/ part-time Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years(Manager) Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Growth Marketer (Marketing Manager) to lead our marketing efforts and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both online and offline marketing, strong analytical skills, and a passion for continuous learning and growth. Key Responsibilities: Take training sessions about marketing subject Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies (digital & offline) to boost brand awareness and customer growth. Plan and run performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, etc.). Lead offline initiatives like events, partnerships, print media, and local promotions. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals. Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize based on insights. Manage content strategy, social media presence, and influencer collaborations. Stay updated with latest trends and tools in marketing. Be open to attend/undergo regular trainings to upgrade skillset. Requirements: 2–3 years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a growth-focused environment. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta, SEO tools, CRM, etc.). Experience in planning and executing offline marketing activities. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Willingness to learn and take up internal and external training sessions. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
