Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the complete digital marketing roadmap aligned with company growth objectives.
Lead high-performance campaigns across social media, SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, and emerging digital platforms.
Define content strategy and personally oversee execution of high-quality creatives, reels, short-form videos, and website content.
Plan and execute professional photography for brand building, campaigns, products, and events.
Establish and enforce strong brand positioning, tone, and visual identity across all digital assets.
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data and insights to maximize ROI, conversions, and engagement.
Prepare detailed performance reports and present actionable insights to leadership.
Manage website updates, landing pages, and digital funnels to improve user experience and lead conversion.
Identify growth opportunities, new tools, and emerging trends to stay ahead of competition.
Collaborate closely with sales, leadership, designers, developers, and external partners.
Lead, mentor, and review the work of junior marketers or interns, ensuring high standards and accountability.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of solid, hands-on experience in digital marketing (managerial or lead role preferred).
Strong command over social media strategy, SEO, SEM, paid ads, content marketing, and performance optimization.
Proven experience in content creation, visual storytelling, and photography.
Advanced working knowledge of tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make performance-driven decisions.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.
High attention to detail with a creative and analytical approach.
Willingness to work on-site at Brookefield, Bangalore.
