Digital Marketing Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to drive performance-led growth initiatives across our client portfolio. This role combines strategy, execution, optimization, analytics, and cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate should bring a strong understanding of digital ecosystems and be capable of building scalable marketing programs across paid, owned, and earned channels. Beyond campaign execution, they should be comfortable translating business objectives into actionable marketing strategies and mentoring teams to consistently improve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Marketing & Campaign StrategyDevelop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with client business goals.Plan and manage campaigns across:Google AdsMeta AdsLinkedIn AdsYouTubeDisplay & ProgrammaticLead generation initiativesOptimize campaigns for:ReachConversionsROASLead qualityCost efficiencyBuild channel-specific media plans and budget allocations.
• Growth & AcquisitionDesign growth strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.Identify opportunities across funnel stages to improve conversion performance.Develop scalable lead generation frameworks for multiple industries and business models.Implement experimentation and testing frameworks to improve campaign performance.
• Analytics & ReportingMonitor campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.Translate data into actionable recommendations.Build dashboards and present insights to clients and internal teams.Track KPIs and continuously optimize performance.
• Marketing OperationsManage campaign calendars, launch schedules, and execution timelines.Coordinate with Design, Content, Video, and Account teams.Ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.Improve internal processes and workflow efficiency.
• Team LeadershipGuide and mentor performance marketers and junior team members.Review campaign setups and performance regularly.Support capability building across the team.Drive adoption of emerging digital tools and automation.

Experience Required
