Job Description

Workfall is a new-age premium Talent-Tech platform looking for a creative, social-media-obsessed Digital Marketing Intern to join our growing marketing team. You’ll help us show up on social media in a way that actually gets noticed, through sharp content, well-shot videos, and an instinct for what’s trending before everyone else catches on.

You’ll work closely with our senior marketing team and get real ownership of content, not just busywork.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media and email campaign ideas
• Create images, flyers, videos, and illustrations that convey a message
• Shoot and edit short-form videos, reels, and behind-the-scenes content
• Write content for social media posts, promotional emails, and blogs
• Plan and design marketing campaigns
• Track social media trends and turn them into usable ideas
• Design social media engagement programs
• Plan and run activities that increase visibility and brand awareness
• Measure and report on the results of marketing initiatives
• Support day-to-day social media management: posting, scheduling, and engaging

Requirements

• Genuine interest in social media, content, and video
• Hands-on experience with video shooting and editing (college projects, personal accounts, and freelance work all count)
• Familiarity with CapCut, VN, or similar editing tools
• A sharp eye for trends
• Strong storytelling and visual aesthetics
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of content ideas

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools
• Understanding of what makes content perform on different platforms
