Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Digital Marketing Intern with good communication skills. The candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, explaining our HRMS product features and benefits, generating leads, and supporting digital marketing activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Explain the company's HRMS portal, features, benefits, and services to prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate suitable product solutions.
• Generate leads through online platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Follow up with potential customers and schedule product demonstrations.
• Support social media marketing activities on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Create basic marketing content, product posts, and promotional materials.
• Maintain customer details, lead information, and follow-up records.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
• Assist in email marketing and promotional campaigns.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in speaking with customers over phone calls.
• Ability to explain products and services clearly.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn about HRMS software and product demonstrations.
• Positive attitude, convincing skills, and eagerness to learn.

Educational Qualification

• Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, B.A., B.Sc., BCA, or equivalent).
• Candidates pursuing their final year of graduation can also apply.
• MBA (Marketing) candidates are preferred.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, Sales, or Business Communication is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
