From the first Instagram post to our first pop-up, from packaging to merchandise, from customer experiences to crazy marketing campaigns, there's a whole world to create.

And we want you to be right in the middle of it.

THE ROLE: You're not here to do just one thing.

We're looking for a Marketing & Brand Building Intern who wants a 360-degree experience of what it actually takes to build a consumer brand from the ground up.

Think of this as an opportunity to step into the founder's desk and get involved in pretty much everything that makes a brand tick.

You'll work closely with the founders, take ownership of ideas and see them come alive in the real world.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

1. Social Media & Content

• Help shape our social media presence across platforms.
• Brainstorm content ideas, reels, campaigns and storytelling formats.
• Plan content calendars and coordinate content creation.
• Keep up with trends and figure out how to make them work for our brand.

2. Brand Building & Strategy

• Help define how Two Avocados looks, sounds and feels.
• Research competitors, consumer behaviour and emerging food trends.
• Work on brand positioning, campaigns and go-to-market ideas.
• Find creative ways to make people remember us.

3. Events, Activations & Pop-ups

• Conceptualise and execute events, food pop-ups and brand activations.
• Explore collaborations with creators, communities and other brands.
• Help with on-ground planning, coordination and execution.
• Turn offline experiences into memorable brand moments.

4. Design, Merchandise & Packaging

• Brainstorm and work on merchandise, packaging and brand collateral.
• Explore creative concepts for campaigns, menus and promotional material.
• Collaborate on visual storytelling and brand aesthetics.
• Help create things people would actually want to own, wear or share.

5. Growth & Marketing Experiments

• Explore partnerships, influencer collaborations and community-building opportunities.
• Work on customer acquisition and retention ideas.
• Experiment with organic marketing, campaigns and new growth channels.
• Track what's working, what's not and what we should try next.

6. The Everything Else Department

• Have an idea? Pitch it.
• See an opportunity? Explore it.
• Think something can be done better? Make it happen.
• Be involved in the little and big things that go into building a startup.

There is no strict departmental boundary here. If it helps build Two Avocados, you'll probably get to work on it.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

We're not looking for someone with years of marketing experience. We're looking for someone with the hunger to create something.

You might be the right person if:

• You're bursting with ideas and actually enjoy executing them.
• You understand internet culture, trends and what makes people tick.
• You have a creative eye and an interest in branding, design and storytelling.
• You're curious about consumer behaviour and why people choose one brand over another.
• You're comfortable getting your hands dirty, both online and offline.
• You can take ownership instead of waiting around for instructions.
• You're resourceful, proactive and aren't afraid of figuring things out.
• You enjoy meeting people, building connections and making things happen.

Marketing knowledge is great. A degree in marketing is great. Previous internships are great.

But none of these are prerequisites.

We'd rather have someone with 10 crazy ideas and the grit to execute three of them than someone with a perfect CV and no initiative.

This is an early-stage startup. Things move fast, plans change and not every day looks the same.

You could be planning a social media campaign in the morning, coordinating an event in the afternoon and brainstorming a merchandise idea by evening.

We don't believe in staying inside boxes. We believe in getting things done.

If you're looking for a conventional internship with a fixed list of tasks, this might not be it.

But if you want to understand what it takes to build a brand from absolutely nothing, you're in the right place.
