About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Intern to support daily business activities, coordination, documentation, and process management. The role is ideal for candidates interested in understanding business operations and improving organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operational activities and administrative tasks.
• Maintain operational records, trackers, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflows.
• Assist with inventory management and stock record maintenance.
• Support vendor coordination, purchase documentation, and follow-ups.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and operational summaries.
• Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Assist in identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements.
• Support logistics coordination and other operational requirements.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records.

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
