Do you use AI tools the way most people use Google — instinctively, every day? Are you curious about B2B marketing, technical industries, and building things that actually drive business results? If so, Xenia Consulting is looking for you.

We’re a digital marketing agency that works with technical and equipment-manufacturing companies. We’re hiring interns who can combine strong communication skills with a real ability to work with AI — not just use it, but direct it, verify it, and build efficient workflows around it.

What You’ll Do

• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT and others) to research prospects, draft content, build outreach sequences, and create efficiency in day-to-day tasks — then refine the output with your own judgment.
• Write and edit B2B content for websites, blogs, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and client reports — with a clear, non-jargon voice for technical audiences.
• Build and manage social media content calendars and posts for clients in manufacturing and engineering sectors.
• Support SEO, AEO (AI-engine optimisation), and digital lead-generation work — learning what actually moves the needle for B2B buyers.
• Assist with client deliverables: presentations, performance reports, email campaign analysis, and prospect research.
• Create or edit images and short videos/reels where needed (preferred skill).

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: Up to ₹72,000.00 per year
