We want to build a digital-first brand people discover, trust and buy from. We are looking for an original thinker who puts content first, believes in numbers and can turn great ideas into measurable business growth. Not someone who simply copies trends or runs posts.

What you will own

Digital strategy & growth — Plan and execute the digital roadmap across customer acquisition, brand building, online sales and store footfalls.

Original content & ideation — Conceptualize standout campaigns, reels and storytelling that educate, engage and convert. Lead creative direction, not just content calendars.

Performance & ROI — Own budgets and campaigns across Meta, Google and relevant channels. Track ROAS, CAC, leads, conversion and attributable sales; test and optimize relentlessly.

Social & influencer growth — Grow an engaged community and lead influencer collaborations with clear objectives, strong content and measurable outcomes.

Team & execution — Lead creators, designers, agencies and freelancers. Set briefs, ensure quality and deadlines, and hold the team accountable for results.

AI, analytics & innovation — Use AI and analytics for insight, fresh ideas, creative experimentation, automation and sharper decisions.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
