Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Marketing:
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.)
• Manage social media pages, respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience
• Run paid ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram to generate leads & brand awareness
• Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports
• Stay updated with latest trends, hashtags, and social strategies
• Google Ads (SEM):
• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Search & Display campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and write ad copies for better CTR
• Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to improve ROI
• Track conversions and maintain budget efficiency
• Analyze competitor campaigns and suggest improvements

• Requirements:
• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Google Ads management
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts & tools
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEO (added advantage)
• Good communication & analytical skills

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field (preferred)
• Experiance - Min 4-5 years
• Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Ads will be an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
