Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing
- Manage the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging posts, reels, shorts, and promotional content.
- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Perform basic SEO activities, including keyword research and content optimization.
- Research competitors, trending topics, and relevant industry updates.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Assist with online promotional campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Maintain a consistent content posting schedule across platforms.
2. Video Editing & Content Creation
- Edit videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging promotional videos, educational videos, and marketing content.
- Add subtitles, transitions, background music, graphics, and visual effects as required.
- Ensure videos meet the company's quality standards and branding guidelines.
- Repurpose long-form videos into short-form content for social media.
- Coordinate with trainers and the marketing team to understand video requirements.
- Organize video files, project files, and recordings properly.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned editing tasks.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Filmora, or CapCut.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar graphic design tools.
- Understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, subtitles, transitions, and audio synchronization.
- Basic content writing and caption-writing skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
